West Linn-Wilsonville School District

Heery is providing Program Management services for West Linn/Wilsonville School District’s $101 million bond program, which includes two new schools and seven renovations, as well as $15 million in deferred maintenance projects.  Heery is assisting the District by providing general oversight of the program, project management support for specific projects, development of program and project specific budgets and a program management plan, overall financial management and reporting, contract development / negotiation / administration (including CM/GC), and direct support for the District’s Director of Operations.

In addition, Heery is providing full commissioning services for the District’s projects as well as conducting peer review services for the mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems. The District also asked Heery to assist with selection, procurement and delivery of the new furniture and equipment for the new facilities.
