West Hollywood 25th Anniversary - Capital Projects Program

The City of West Hollywood retained Heery to manage its $125 Million 25th Anniversary Capital Projects program. The Heery team is providing a single source for managing the multiple LEED® certified projects in the program, which include:
- A new replacement library with a parking structure and park improvements within West Hollywood Park;
- City Hall expansion and community service center atop a new parking garage;
- Review and assessment of the Plummer Park master plan including a subterranean parking garage; and
- Park improvements and renovation of an existing historic building for use as a multi-space performance venue for up to 200 patrons.
