As the Owner’s Representative/Clerk of the Works, Heery monitored construction during the construction phase of the Washington Corrections Center for Women’s new healthcare facility. Related projects included demolition and a remodel of administrative spaces for the Center’s service dog program. Working on-site, Heery monitored field work, reviews change orders, schedules submittals, and coordinated with owner personnel to ensure the facility remains operational and secure during construction.
The project is targeted for LEED Silver certification.
