Heery is providing commissioning services for a new 123,000 SF facility, consisting of a 7,200-seat arena with five practice courts, pre-function/gathering area and an annex housing the physical education space.
Heery is commissioning the following systems:
- Building Automation Systems, including temperature & lighting controls
- Utility metering systems and linkage to remote central monitoring and control site
- Cooling system including chillers, pumps, piping and associated equipment
- Heating system including boilers, hot water pumps, piping and associated equipment
- Air handling systems including air handling units, ductwork, terminal units and unit heaters
- Exhaust fans and other specialty fans
- Equipment vibration control including chillers, boilers, pumps and fans
- Smoke control systems including interfaces and egress pressurization
- Fire alarm system
