Heery was commissioned to design a 1,300-seat softball facility, including team lockers, training areas, officials’ lockers and coaches offices. The project also included design of a plaza integrating the stadium project into an overall womens sports facility near the main campus. The project was completed in early 2004 for a construction cost of approximately $3.2 million. Heery services included architecture, interior design, mechanical, plumbing, electrical and civil engineering from pre-design through construction administration.
