The new Dykstra parking structure is part of the Northwest Campus Housing project, for which Heery (as the JCM Group) provided comprehensive preconstruction and construction management services. The Dykstra parking structure features four levels and 297 parking spaces, and is 50% below grade. The scope of work included utility relocations, screening of the existing Dykstra Hall loading dock area, improvements to the stair and ramp access at the south entry to Dykstra Hall, and other landscaping and hardscaping improvements.
