Since 1996, Heery has provided ongoing design consultation to implement new construction of branch office projects for UBS PaineWebber from Virginia to California.
As a separate assignment, Heery also worked as a team with design consultants selected by UBS PaineWebber to handle projects in other regions of the U.S. Heery participated in an analysis of existing space, as well as design and construction standards. Over a six-month period, the team developed new standards to reflect the company’s new image and minimize the cost of renovating existing branch offices. This standards program was documented for use by all design consultants to provide for a consistent delivery of services and a uniform design image for all PaineWebber projects.
Over 50 projects have been completed including Virginia Beach, Virginia; Phoenix, Arizona; Wichita, Kansas; Beaumont, Texas; Tampa, Florida; Nashville, Tennessee; McAllen, Texas; Winston-Salem, North Carolina; Houston, Texas; Santa Fe, New Mexico; Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; Orlando, Florida; and Atlanta, Georgia.
