Tennessee Community Colleges - Capital Projects Management

Community colleges are an integral part of Tennessee's higher education system.  Tennessee community colleges provide training for more than 1500 industries and small businesses across the state, as well as providing educational opportunities to more than 75,000 students per year, in addition to specific GED and business specialty training.

As part of a statewide building program, Tennessee invested more than $200 million in community college facilities to meet the needs of this growing population of students.  Heery developed projects ranging from $50,000 to $40 million at 13 campuses around the state, including classroom buildings, science laboratories, technology training centers, libraries, recreation and arts centers, parking and infrastructure improvements.
