Stoller Winery

Heery provided commissioning services for this new winery facility including installation checks and startup and performance verifications of building systems as required for LEED certification (Energy and Atmosphere). These systems include wine process equipment with service provided by the primary Heating, Ventilation and Air-conditioning (HVAC) system. The scope of work also included design and construction drawings and specification reviews, site coordination and inspection, commissioning planning, testing and monitoring for all mechanical, electric, plumbing and low voltage.
The project received a LEED Gold certification from USGBC, the first LEED certified new construction winery in the country. Commissioning was finalized in July 2006.
