Snohomish School District

Since 1988, Heery has worked with Snohomish School District to deliver better facilities.  Most recently Heery is providing program and project management for their $261.5 million, 2008 Capital Improvements Bond Program.  Unique to this program, Heery is incorporating Snohomish School District’s existing Facilities Department management staff to work with the Heery project management team under Heery’s leadership.  Heery is also providing FF&E planning for the high school project.

Projects include a high school renovation, two middle school expansions, two replacement elementary schools, a new aquatics center, district wide capital improvements and technology upgrades.

Snohomish School District has a strong initiative for sustainability with a drive for energy efficiencies such as geothermal, photovoltaic panels and daylighting, and water efficiencies with storm water treatment and rainwater collection and reuse.
