Santa Ana Court of Appeal

Heery provided construction management at risk for the planning, construction, commissioning and site development of a new three-story, 52,000 SF court of appeal facility, including all building structure, enclosure, interior improvements, mechanical, electrical, telecommunication and security systems. The site development includes site preparation, underground utilities, landscape, hardscape, vehicular drives, surface parking, security barriers, fencing and gates. The new Santa Ana Court of Appeal project is the first project for the newly formed Office of Court Construction and Management, a division of the Administrative Office of the Courts.
