Ronald Reagan Presidential Library - General Services Administration

Heery managed the Presidential Learning Center addition to the Ronald Reagan Presidential Library located in Simi Valley, California. Heery provided construction management for the $6.4 million addition, which will house temporary exhibits, an educational center and meeting facilities for various functions. Construction was completed in February 2004.

In addition to the Reagan Library, which is part of a prestigious construction management and design build task order contract with the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA), Heery managed the agencys Washington, D.C. main building renovation. and  provided program management for the Gerald R. Ford Museum in Grand Rapids, Michigan, and the new visitors centers at the Harry S. Truman Library in Independence, Missouri, and the Franklin D. Roosevelt  Library in Hyde Park, New York.

Heery also provided program management services for an innovative new regional archives facility in Atlanta, Georgia.
