Heery is providing program management, cost estimating and construction management services for the community approved $63.5 million bond over a four year term to address infrastructure, facility, and educational needs. The program includes office, classroom and gymnasium modernizations and additions, infrastructure upgrades, major mechanical and electrical upgrades to existing facilities, structural upgrades to existing facilities, major field improvements throughout the District, and construction of a new 14,000 SF alternate learning center.
