Regions Bank (formerly AmSouth Bank) - Operations and Call Center Commissioning Projects

Heery provided full commissioning services for both a new operations center in Birmingham, Alabama and a new bank call center in Pensacola, Florida for Regions Bank (formerly AmSouth Bank).
In addition to providing office space, the 400,000 SF operations center project serves as the data center for all bank operations—a crucial facility for the bank. Heery managed the commissioning process for the HVAC, electrical and life safety systems including preparation of the commissioning plan, development of
functional tests for all systems, coordination of commissioning activities, verification of submittal data and equipment installation, witnessing onsite and functional tests and coordination and validation of integrated tests for all building systems.
The bank also tapped into Heery’s commissioning services for an important bank services call center. The critical nature of the facility, the short construction duration (the facility was operational less than 12 months after construction documents were issued for permitting) and the use of a design build procurement method made commissioning desirable to assure facility operation without disruption.

- UPS (1000 kva)
- Emergency power (1 MW)

- Fire alarm
