When Pajaro Valley Unified School District found itself without a facilities director, they turned to Heery for staff augmentation. Heery provided an interim facilities director on site during the eight-week transition period until the new facilities director was on board.
In addition, Heery provided program management serving as the school district’s agent on several modernization projects as the district prepared for a bond election to support a more full scale renewal of its facilities.
