Lincoln High School - Tacoma School District

Heery provided project management and commissioning services for the design and construction of the additions and renovations to Lincoln High School for the Tacoma School District. Originally constructed in 1913, this $75 million project included a complete historical renovation of the 135,000 SF "Old Main" building. The design included reconfiguring  the interior spaces, replacing all building systems, and upgrading the gymnasium/pool building and industrial arts building. Heery also provided cost management, estimate reviews and schedule reviews as part of  the firm’s project management services.

Commissioning services for the new high school included a complete reconfiguration of the interior, seismic upgrades and replacement of the HVAC, plumbing, electrical, security and controls systems in the existing building, replacement of the swimming pool building HVAC system and a new four-story classroom addition.
