Lake Washington School District

Heery is providing program and project management for Lake Washington School District to assist with planning and implementation of the capital project program, 2010 Capital Levy projects and grade reconfiguration additions.

Capital project program involves managing the design and construction of four elementary schools, one junior high school and an international community school.  Heery is also supervising the construction of a high school and junior high school that are already underway.

Capital Projects Levy has two components: Facilities involving the systematic life cycle approach to replacing major building systems throughout the district; and Technology involving the replacement of hardware, infrastructure and systems throughout the district.

Grade Reconfiguration Additions will accommodate the district’s change to four-year high schools. Heery is managing the design phases for additions to Redmond High School and Eastlake High School and a 6-12 choice school which will consist of modular construction.
