Intel Jones Farm - JFS1 Data Center

Heery was hired by Intel to augment Intel’s commissioning staff and provide inspection; start-up and functional acceptance testing services of a new 800 watt/SF data center. Requirements of the systems to support the data center operations included no downtime due to equipment failures. Many failure modes were tested to prove the reliability of the systems and their controls. Major commissioning challenges were the short time to complete the testing and having to prove two different controls systems functioned seamlessly as one.
