Ince Boulevard Parking Structure & Retail Space

Heery (as the JCM Group) served as project and construction manager for this facility, whose planning and construction required close collaboration with neighboring businesses. The project posed several significant site challenges, all of which Heery resolved successfully. In addition, Heery’s extensive preconstruction façade studies resulted in the recommendation not to design the structure with below-grade parking levels, saving the City three weeks in pile design.
