Holly Springs - New Recreation Center

The town of Holly Springs commissioned Heery to prepare a master plan for developing land on the main street corridor of downtown Holly Springs. The scope of the project  includes architectural programming and master planning services for the proposed mixed use downtown project which will include the proposed Holly Springs recreation facility. The proposed site totals 7.77 acres bound by Main Street, Elm, Avent Ferry and Ballentine Street.

The focus of the development will be a new 70,000 SF recreation facility which includes two gymnasiums, racquetball courts, indoor track, fitness and aerobic areas, aquatics facilities, locker facilities, child care, offices and support facilities. The site design will also include retail and office space, structured parking facilities and a small urban park.
