GSA Federal Center - South Building 1202

Heery is providing Construction Management Assist Services (CMa) including energy modeling/energy engineering, full commissioning services and LEED support for this collaborative design-build project. The project involves the redevelopment/modernization of a portion of an existing warehouse into 150,000 SF of office space for the primary tenant, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Seattle District.  GSAs goals for this project include meeting their established High Performing Green Building standards and LEED NC Gold.
