Greater Albany Public Schools

Heery provided pre-bond services, program management and project management services for 35 projects under a voter-approved $55 million bond program.  Projects included a new 3-8 school, elementary additions at Periwinkle and Tangent, additions at North Albany Junior High, West Albany and South Albany High Schools and various educational program improvements.

Heery assisted the district in developing and reconciling the program scope with an anticipated acceptable bond measure amount, establishment of a milestone schedule, establishing design and construction budgets for the individual projects, prepared RFPs for architecture services and coordinated the selection process.

Once the bond measure passed, Heery was engaged to provide a full range of project management services for the design and construction phases of 29 of the program’s 35 projects and managing and updating the budgets for all 35 projects.
