Dare County - Administration Building
Manteo, North Carolina
The County of Dare contracted with Heery to provide design, engineering and construction management at-risk services for a new administration building. Completed in 2008, the 43,000 SF building combines a classic colonial exterior with a sleek contemporary interior. The new facility houses all town and government needs in one single building, as opposed to the nine used previously.
The new administation building is located adjacent to the Dare County Justice Center that Heery completed in 2002.
