Culver City Police Department - Expansion and Renovation

Heery (as the JCM Group) provided full preconstruction and construction management services, including estimating, for this expansion (10,000 SF) and renovation (15,000 SF) project, which was performed in two phases. Under Heery’s oversight, construction of the new masonry and steel wing of the existing structure was completed on schedule and under budget. The savings enabled a scope expansion for the renovation portion of the project, which included new finishes. The facility accommodates the detective bureau, special investigations, operations and community service.
