Conoco Headquarters

Originally commissioned to study options for the consolidation of 725 staff from seven separate facilities in London into a single facility, Heery developed a scheme involving five three-storey buildings, linked through a central glass mall for the new Conoco Headquarters.

Due to site constraints, the new 290,000 SF building became a low-rise facility spread over the entire 19-acre campus. Visitors are welcomed by a central reception area, while large open stairwells and mall facilitate a clear circulation path through the facility.

The development includes a fitness centre, restaurant, conference rooms and training areas. It also features extensive landscaping, making use of the natural water in forming a stream and lake.

Heery provided strategic facilities planning, procurement services, architectural design and programme management.
