Heery provided project management and commissioning services for this $28 million capital program involving two campuses. Heery provided project development and programming, consultant procurement, cost estimation, budget control systems, master project scheduling, value engineering, constructability review, construction administration, as well as punch-list coordination and general closeout of the projects. Heery’s full commissioning services for both campuses, included design review, construction inspection and startup services, functional testing and submittal reviews.

On The Dalles campus, Heery provided project management and commissioning for the deconstruction of five existing buildings and covered walkways, modernization including mechanical technical upgrades, new construction of three buildings and a library expansion. On the nearby Hood River campus, Heery provided life-cycle cost analysis and coordinating cost studies and assistance in cost estimation, value engineering, and constructability review on a new, three-story, 25,000 SF building which houses a science lab and two computer labs and 12 classrooms.
