City of Post Falls - City Hall and Civic Center

In 2006, the city of Post Falls retained Heery to provide comprehensive professional commissioning services and on-call construction management services to support the design, construction and occupancy of the new two-story, 41,500 SF city hall facility.
The new $8.5-million city hall is located on a 3.6-acre site near the original city hall. Completed in June 2008, the new building accommodates nearly all of the city’s employees, including the parks, building, and planning departments, administrative offices and council chambers.
