Boulder Valley School District - 2006 General Obligation Bond

In this unique situation Heery is providing the district with project management personnel to manage individual projects, in addition to overall program management assistance including providing the tools (policies, procedures, forms and training) to manage the bond program. The Heery staff is working side by side with existing district staff to keep the projects on schedule and on budget. One of the keys to the success for this program is the ability for the Heery staff to seamlessly integrate into the district’s existing organization and provide support, and leadership, as needed.

In addition, Heery provided management oversight for the District’s Safety Program.
