Heery was the program construction manager for the Boise Airport’s 17-project, $108.5 million improvement program. Two of the 17 projects, the elevated roadway structure and the new terminal building, represented the majority of the program components totaling $59 million. The remaining projects involved parking lot renovations, rental car lots, temporary parking facilities, temporary access roads, miscellaneous airfield paving, security, and communication components.
Heery also provided building commissioning services. The terminal building project was completed in two phases, each requiring separate commissioning to maintain a fully functional and commissioned facility for each component. Heery prepared operations and maintenance manual documentation and developed and implemented facilities training plans and procedures.
