Heery University, held twice a year in different cities, is an annual all-day training session offering attendees an opportunity to take a variety of classes in subjects that have ranged from "Win-Win Negotiations" to "Styles of Leadership" to "Heery's Media Policy." Heery U takes place in an off-site conference facility and provides an excellent opportunity to interact with fellow employees from other offices and divisions.

The ASSET (Athletics, Social, Special Events Team) Committee is comprised of a group of volunteers in each region who organize parties and events throughout the year including annual holiday parties, summer picnics, corporate challenge participation, baseball games, golf tournaments, and more!
